Prof. Vedanarayanan continues his 5-day visit and shares his experiences at Ramayana Centre, Union Park.

Pursuing the series of enlightening talks through Mauritius, Professor Vedanarayanan was at the Ramayana Centre, Union Park on Monday 29th October where he was the host the Grand Port and Savanne regional committees of the SSIOM. Our eminent guest was welcomed with the chanting of Shivopasna Mantra and the Narayan Suktam, followed by some soulful bhajans. Around 500 devotees attended the 3rd leg of his visit.

The task of introducing Prof Vedanarayanan to the audience devolved upon Bro. Virrsing Ramdeny managing trustee of the Sathya Sai Central Trust of Mauritius. The learned scholar gave an almost 2-hour enthralling discourse on various aspects and dimensions with our Beloved Bhagwan’s teachings. Time flew unnoticed as his unchallengeable explanations were fraught with gems of higher spiritual knowledge. From Hanuman’s greatness to the story of a Guru and his disciples across selfless service, the importance and motive of getting the human birth as well as Swami’s infinite love and care for all beings on earth, looking at life with equanimity, he enraptured the minds of devotees who felt that they had not enough

He also related some personal amazing and original experiences with Bhagwan Shri Sathya Sai Baba and ended his speech so blissfully by drawing concern to the importance of preserving our environment.

Prof. Vedanarayanan brought much light to the some pertinent and topical queries during the questions and answers part. He laid much emphasis on a heart-to-heart contact with our Lord Sai as well as believing in good Karmas.

In short, it was indeed a feast on spirituality for the spiritual seeker by a humble and loving erudite full of wisdom and compassion.
